The advantages of the drill bit:

It has rolling sealed bearing structure. The cylinder rolling element is placed within the groove of roller cone, thus enlarging the journal size and ensuring a better performance of roller bit.
The secondary surface of thrust bearing of roller bit has been handled with antifriction and hardening treatment so as to decrease the frictional force of bit for protecting its hardening resistance.
The roller bit uses new type lubricating grease which can bear the high temperature of 250ºC and boasts abrasion resistance.
The full rubber oil reservoir uses limitable differential pressure and can prevent drilling fluid from entering lubricating system so as to provide qualified lubrication for bearing system.
